What is a Human library?
Human Libraries are a safe and inclusive space

and their lives in an open and respectful manner. (more info)
What is this event?
Pearl Cove library has invited a number of human books from our community to come into our library and share their experiences with interested readers.
Books can be borrowed for up to 25 minutes for discussions about mental health, and issues stemming from it. Books may not leave the library grounds and are free to refuse to answer any questions or terminate the borrowing period early. Books must be returned in the same condition.
Some discussions may make mention of deceased persons.
