Become part of our Human Library program by joining the Pearl Cove community in an afternoon of lively and eye-opening discussion about the joys and challenges of single motherhood. Enjoy a light afternoon tea and meet our guest human "books" from all walks of life as they answer questions about their experiences of what it means to be a single mother in Australia today.
Guests include local Indigenous activist and single mother Kylie Morgan and local spokesperson for single parents and professional social worker Agnes Tooley, along with other members of the Pearl Cove community celebrating the upcoming Mother's Day weekend by confronting the stigma single mothers face and celebrating their hard work and strength.
