To celebrate United Nations' Parents Day, Pearl Cove Library will be hosting Parents Day - a Human Living Library event! Whether you're a parent yourself or just interested in learning more about the unique challenges and experiences parenting provides, you're invited to come down and learn more from our community!

Below is a preview of the Human Living Libraries who will be available to "borrow" during the event!

Sydney Local Elder Aunty Maxine RyanAn Aboriginal community member who mentors and teaches children traditional Indigenous activities

Linda Burney MPThe first Aboriginal person to serve in NSW parliament and the Australian House of Representatives

Dr Howard ChiltonA medical doctor who has worked worldwide and author of Baby on Board and Your Cherished Baby

Local Australian Mothers and CarersPeople people with little to no formal training but who have an abundance of experience in taking care of children themselves


Although the event is free, places are limited. Bookings must be made via Eventbrite.
