Pearl Cove young readers, do you know what childhood means and what lives are like if you have disabilities, born in a minority group, being a human rights activist or were born in a war torn country?
Now you have the chance!  Pearl Cove Library is organizing a Human Living Library event – Summer Reading Month in coming December.   We have invited Living Books from these backgrounds to come and share their life experience and stories.

The Human Library™ is designed to build a positive framework for conversations that can challenge stereotypes and prejudices through dialogue[1].

Pearl Cove Library is inviting all readers of age 9-19 to participate in this exciting event!  For detail information and how to sign-up please visit to our website www.pearlcovelibrary.com or contact us at tel: 02 9123 9123.

Come and meet real people, ask questions and share!
