What would you do if your home disappeared?

Ever wondered what it’s like to be homeless? Come and have a chat with people from Pearl Cove who have experienced homelessness and survived to tell the tale.

DuringHomelessness Week’ we are celebrating people from our community who have been homeless.

Living Books: Book in for a chat with one of our ‘Living Books’ to hear their stories about what it’s like to be homeless.

You’re allowed to ask questions: the aim of this event is to promote awareness and understanding, encourage open communication, and break down barriers and prejudice.

Library café: After your conversation check out the Library Café - for a coffee or a snack – and a chance to talk with others who’ve just met a Living Book.
