How nutrition shapes our cultural culinary customs

What is teff? Do fingerlimes grow on trees? Come to our Human Living Libraries event to learn about cuisines of the world and have a taste of munch-able multiculturalism.

Human Living Libraries is the concept of placing people in the capacity of resource, just like a book and offers living, and lived, personal experiences from individuals to convey knowledge. Everyone has stories to tell. Come and learn about foods from around the world, from the people who cook them!
