WHAT IS A HUMAN LIVING LIBRARY?

A Human Living Library is where you can borrow a person, or 'living book', and ask them questions about their life to understand them more and break down stereotypes.

Out living books are incredible people with dyslexia from all walks of life, from an artist to a doctor.

Our event is called The Bigger Picture, as scholarly research has shown that many people with dyslexia have a talent for thinking, learning and understanding things in pictures to see the overall big picture.

We hope to see you there!

Ever been face to face with a Talking Book!? – Human Living Library @ Pearl Cove Library

Attend Pearl Cove Library's "Human Living Library' where people become books!

Visitors will be able to ‘borrow’, engage with and learn from the ‘books’, an intimate and personal conversation can be had between visitors and ‘Books’.
